DISCLAIMER: I use sarcasm during this video to make a point. Yes, I am fully aware that Atheists did not invent the "Multiverse" theory. But many of them do cling to it, simply because it is their only defense against the "Fine-tuning" Cosmological argument for a Creator.
Please please please, lets you and I debate. I would love to have a great public conversation about the creation of the universe. Hit me up on twitter @RonaldvonMitch. I can back up my view with real science. Real true information. If you have the guts to do it, let me know!
Try mixing oil and water. Two similar elements with unique properties. Give it enough time and then you develop order out of chaos.. Simplicity develops complexity.
And even provided there were a god who started the big bang, It pretty much defies all religious doctrine. It would be really silly to say anyone knew his intentions.
@Snakepliskinist matter how smart or how much you've done. Unless you humanity as a whole understands and proves 100% of everything about life as we know it, only an idiot would rule out the possibility of a deity. I will never deny a fact or even a plausible competent theory, but unless you reach that 100% mark. Don't even bother trying to say there's "no way a spiritual realm exists" Only a fool would say that.
@Snakepliskinist Yes you do know a little more than I and you worded it perfectly. Because After millions of years of questions and more questions, scientists have provided us with MORE questions than there are answers. Which, is in no way, a bad thing. Assumption that science is logical. What about the irrational, illogical, and seemingly impossible facets of the universe? How far have you really come in the span of your life versus how much information is missing? It doesn't..
@AeonFlexMusic Chance is a statement of probability. Probability is predicated upon ignorance. Nothing happens entirely by chance, because chance itself is based on the perspective of knowledge. The principle upon which all science rests is the assumption that the universe is logical, and that everything happens for a specific reason. I have two PhDs and a masters. I think I know little more than you about science.
@Snakepliskinist Science has the possibility of being right. Ok. No spiritual claim has the possibility of being correct? How shockingly subjective and closed minded. But if I dared asked you for the basis (evidence) for your claim. You would shower the comment section with insults and contradictions. See, there is sound evidence for the POSSIBILITY of a deity just like you said science has the possibility of being right. Pick and choose all you want.
@AeonFlexMusic It's not jumping to conclusions. It's just filing away another piece of evidence for a well-founded conclusion. Science can be wrong, but at least it has the possibility of being right. That absolutely cannot be said of any spiritual claim.
@Snakepliskinist I suggest you take up some reading courses on your spare time, you are retired after all right, plenty of time for you to sharpen your interpretation skills. Um Everything happened by chance? That statement STRONGLY supports the atheistic view in two popular ways. 1. A faulty big bang theory. 2. Eternal Universe. Theists on the other hand believe in some sort of creator for the madness. That's not placing a belief in chance rather a supreme deity. Moron.

@Snakepliskinist At most, you are inclined to say you have not been convinced, which is perfectly ok.
