New Cleanse (Day 5)

Sorry I have been gone son long... I started a new cleanse on 8/10/09. I am on day 5 of this new cleanse and this one is solely for weight loss purposes. Check out the video to see why....

God Bless you and your family.. my heart goes out to you.. Be strong girl.. I started my 30 fast a couple of days after you started yours back in December (not sure if you remember me) but stay strong hun, and i totally understand you wanting to do the cleanse bc of your foot. ((huggz))

I hope that you get through the situations in your life and are successful with your cleanse. Here is an idea that I feel is very refreshing and relaxing. You should drive down to the beach, (savannah, tybee islands etc.) and pray, meditate and talk to God. I find that when I am surrounded by nature I feel at ease.....especially when I am surrounded by water:)
