  • A+ for believable acting, but it's so fast! I wish she gave herself time to let the notes sing and gave us a few more sides to the character. Kudos for an impressive belting range, though.

  • @mezzomicio Thanks, after these years I have to agree with you...it's extreme fast we normally played it a bit slower

  • This is one of my favourite Weill/Brecht songs - and this might become one of my favourite versions! MARVELLOUS! The only thing that could be said against it, is that Amanda Kaas is young and beautiful.. not at all as old and experienced as the character she's portraying. But I'm only pointing that out because I am old and jealous ;-))) Seriously though, a standing ovation from me!
