Downloard track from itunes http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/song-of-flanders/id263405503 order from DVD from Vendio: http://www.vendio.com/stores/lyricomposer

When my father died, I realized that I would be simply unable to speak at his funeral, if asked. Instead I wrote this piece the afternoon before, the funeral and startled organist Susan Asplin into performing it (brilliantly) next day. The work is played here, by Christopher Dawes on the 4,968 pipe 67 stop 87 rank Walker/Casavantes organ of the Cathedral church of St. James, Toronto. Recorded in 1993. Camera: Paul Freer Location audio: Marek Piekerzewski Recording Engineer and mastering: William Van Ree
