Technology beats power here. That Shelby needs some kind of traction control and MUCH wider tires, but AWD rules from a dig.

The GTR has sticky tires,mustang doesn't. Of course the GTR is gonna win.Put slicks on the stang and a line lock the GTR would lose. That's what the Japs have done. There's no other factory car you can buy out there that has put a line lock on any of there automatics. Only GTR. Very smart on the Japs part though. It makes it a unstoppable street car but not drag car. Overall i like manual. More fun all around car. You can burn up your tires and when you want to race seriously then go to the trak

@smtobin67 your american 4cly turbos get the same horsepower like japanese 4cly WITHOUT turbos...

look at the honda s2000. it has the best engine ever made! stock 4cyl without turbo 250hp < i know "sportscars" with a turbo that can't reach the 250hp in stock mode.

you can put a turbo in every 1,6 liter engine and output over 800hp... thats not the thing...

@redhot916spd he has 6s in his runs but how far can he go if their was a long haul battle past the 1/8th or 1/2 mile he would run out of gas..now thats pussy cuz my x girlfriend can go longer than a fuqkin v8 with twin turbochargers where as the GT-R kicks ass on a regular basis and holds gas to go more than a couple miles. :) show respect to the GT-R boyyYY!
