Sure she was fired at HP,after their stocks fell costing the company millions, the acquisition with Compaq was unsuccessful. As she failed she got a very nice golden parachute to the tune of $21 million. Hopefully with the more bail outs they do they don't allow these folks getting fired to walk away with huge amounts of money while the tax payers suffer for their poor management.BTW- McCain claimed this morning in an interview that he did not know about her $21 million parachute-yea right!

Failed at HP? She cut fat. She cut deadwood. She merged with Compaq with the goal of having HP be the number on PC maker in the world. Where is HP now as a PC maker? Yeah...number one. Number one is failure? I guess if you are a socialist like Hussein Obama NO ONE should be number one. Everyone should be mediocre. Give everyone a grade of C, no matter the effort or grades in tests. Fair indeed.

Morale was very low for those who worked hard, finding the deadwoods getting the same pay and benefits as those who worked hard. Sure morale suffered, morale of the deadwoods. Heck, HP was a resort area. Company cars? Company vans? Company recreation estates? All accessible by employees. Give me a break. A bunch of entitlements that did not lead to the bottom line. Carly would be great as President. She will cut the government fat and waste. She will be the first woman president.

She got rid of deadwood at HP. HP was one big welfare program for lazy people. She cut the fat very deeply, and for that, she got fired. Her big initiative was the merger with Compaq to make HP the number one computer maker. Guess where HP is now? Number one PC maker. It is hard to deny facts, eh?

Why are they trying to spin this? He just wants to cut the tax rate across the board. It's called being fair. He's not trying to give your income taxes away to big oil. Liberal spin, that's all it is. What he should say is that by cutting the tax rate big oil saves the money. The same way you would save money with lower income taxes. They are NOT getting money from McCain.
