I'm 16, and i live in Essex, and all my mates listen to the charts and think every song that comes from a popular artist is good, only because it's that artist that had a one hit wonder. But you know what, unlike them insecure pricks, i managed to drag myself out of that plastic commercial shit, and manage to sink myself into lounge, house, drum and bass, dubstep, garage, drumstep etc... I'm so proud of myself. Jason Derulo, it's disgusting how talentless he is and he has millions, so not right.

@calvinator9111111111 I'm 37 and when I was 15 living in Los Angeles, CA I discovered Rave, House, Electronica (Or at the time in 1991 called Techno). Anyhow, people who say this music is pointless and repetitive are 'Lame!' Isn't a guitar a guitar? How many "Rock" songs sound the same or Hip-Hop songs or whatever genre... I fell inlove with music made from the mind, heart and soul... Then produced using any and all textures in sound! May this boundless movement never end!

@RootyJack i first heard tis when i was 15 through buddhabar and stgermaina nd that good stuff. now that im 18. my brother calls me gay, my friends say its not good cuz it isnt on the radio. some of my good friends think mainstream is crap. im labeled hipser but you know what? music like this improved my quality of life
