Both elevators in Meliora Hall are confirmed Dover, installed in 1972. The fixtures on the passenger elevator were replaced by Innovation. I'm assuming that the passenger elevator originally had the same fixtures that this freighter has.

what was wrong with the first floor?? and when did you find these elevators??

The first floor button doesn't work, as the first floor is restricted. I found these elevators about two years ago, when I was originally learning the campus.
