Dorothy Dietrich, world renowned magician, tells how she started and the difficulty of being in a world women were not allowed to belong. As a teenager females were not allowed to join as members of the Magic Circle or the Society of American Magicians. Now often imitated she tells of her early links to Houdini. How baffled male magicians were forced to create a new word for what what she was doing. How she decided to out macho the men, become "one of the guys" and be accepted as an equal in the big leagues of magicdom. This feature length interview in 3 parts gives an inside look at one of the world's leading innovators and pioneers in magic, record breaker, Houdini expert & collector, and exposer of frauds and cheats. This takes place in Scranton and the Poconos leading attraction for magic shows, tours, and even birthday parties or any kind of fun party, or shows for seniors, camps, schools, reunions, sweet sixteen, baby showers, etc. .

She is the founder of The Houdini Museum, the only building in the world totally devoted to Houdini. Dietrich is the first and only woman to accomplish the Catching of a Bullet in her mouth, often called "The Jinxed Bullet Catch" and The Trick that scared Houdini. At least 12 men have died attempting this feat. Ms. Dietrich now holds the World's record in several categories. Dorothy Dietrich is often called "The Female Houdini" , "The World's #1 Female Magician" and was the first to be called "The First Lady of Magic".
