@francisco6905 you'll need a heat gun (blow dryer will not work) flux rosin, thermal compound, and to know your way around electronics.
this vid is good for a how to but there are many out there and i recommend watching 3 or 4 before you attempt it.

same problem, sometimes it changes pixels and different positions. After a few times turning it off and on I get a black screen and no video.
