  • I'm playing Harry in my highschool's production of this, haha.

  • My sister is patsy this year!

  • Awesome job! My only complaint is in the billing of the production staff. If you're going to recreate the original b'way choreography, don't bill yourself as the choreographer. Yeah, you've changed a few steps to make it look easier...but give Susan Stroman her due...bill it as: Original Susan Stroman choreography recreated by... or something to that effect...but that's not the performers fault...they were AWESOME!

  • this is probably the best i've ever seen this scene performed by a high school. great job, guys

  • @pogostickguy Actually, they only work on the musical in the spring and then the show opens in May. Only about 3 months, I think. It's crazy, I don't know how they do it.

  • I can't see, What is the scenery here?

And what i love most about the transition from high school to higher theatres is the the lights. Strange but so true. :) great performance

  • @pogostickguy Matter of fact, I was in a high school production of this show not even a month ago. I know exactly how difficult it is first hand, especially with people that don't know how to dance. And yes, I have seen numerous high school shows. Yes, I know recording equipment sucks... the stuff at my school is just as crappy. We worked on our show for 4 months, every day, and the reviews we had were rave. Many critics from around London praised it, claiming it better than a lot of pro shows.

  • @TaylorCourage have you ever seen a highschool musical? I'm thinking you haven't if you think this is crap. The Orchestra is a little flat but a lot of that is the recording equipment distorting the sound. But the musicians are fantastic for the most part. Do you know how hard it is to choreograph a piece like that with that many performers? Especially if they aren't all dancers? This is pretty top notch for highschool my friend. I'm sure they were working on this their whole school year.

  • i did this play.... nice vocal control :)
