To be honest, most of this stuff looks so unclean & unsafe. I don't see any control at all. I don't get the point of doing double- whatevers & almost land on you neck. So glad there was a mat.. It really seems to me that impressing others is the only thing that matters. It's all about to show how awesome you are.
Really, I've been afraid of seing someone injuring himself the entire video. It makes me so sad to see those big moves without even being able to perform basic movements..
