Rome Total War- Online Battle #2 Armenia vs Carthage

Armenia vs Carthage.

My Armenian army was designed to fight the Romans. We all know how powerful is the combination of Praetorian Cavalry with Urban Cohorts. Their only weakens is that they lack spears needed to fight superior cavalry such as my Armenian cataphracts.

Here my heavy cavalry didn't have any problems with routing non-upgraded Sacred Band and then rout my opponents army with only one charge =)

i am armenian . and i am proud of you LOL. i have never seen a game include armenia. and this game does. i know my country had those heavy armenian cavarly and those pickmen. they owned in the ancient world. armenian empire. great vid . for once i see my country win in a game :)

I agree, this wasn't all too special, he threw away his cavalry, put slingers amidst his sacred band so they got hit by friendly fire.

In RTW Units seem to get "stuck in" more than compared to MTW where only a handfull will charge and a large number of men stay behind. Plus RTW units will move immedatly when commanded and MTW units lack that point.
