Tench fishing at the Warren Stanford Le Hope

Quick clip showing how long it takes to get a bite and hook a tench at the Warren. Some took a lot less time than this but others a bit longer but a fairly typical amount of time to get a bite.

when was this i walked around the warren today and i am fishin it tomorrow, the square lake is biting mental is the main lake thats where im fishin tomorrow?

I fished it a few times in June and July and at was simply superb, this was on the match lake some very good tench plenty around 5lb with the odd 6-7lb. I had over 160 in one day mainly small ones on soft 6mm expanders but the bit ones like bit lumps of meat it seems more selective. Let me know how you get on as I've not fished the other lakes but they look great.

tench is a summer fish where as carp and bream tend to feed all year round but best in the may-july time period

Yeah quality is naff ok on the pc but worse on you tube.
