Screw the holier-than-thou vegan haters. If you need honey or eggs, that's your thing, man. I think some vegans get off on telling people what not to do and thinking they're superior. I like being vegan, but some vegans make me crazy. You eat what you need to eat and stay real.

Forget the purists, eat what your body asks for. I'm in the transition phase, and sometimes I have a slice of cheese. It's a nice reminder that I'm human. Thank you Dan, your videos are always inspirational.
