Victor Salon Orchestra
Conducted by Nathaniel Shilkret
Orthophonic Victor 22848

I recorded this using a free program called "Audacity" but I couldn't get my Equalizer to connect. Please let me know what you think of the sound quality. Thanks. :)

Wonderful. So gentle, sad and romantic (romantic in every sense of the word).

Yoiu sound quality needs no equalization, it is excellent.. Some background on two of Bandwagon's supporting cast
Helen Broderick:: Mother to actor Broderick Crawford, who started out as a comedian in the movies (The Black Cat 1942 w/ Hugh Herbert)
Tilly Losch: Interpretive danceuse, who appears as the Dancer in the opening scene of "Duel in the Sun" Pearl's Mother, and is killed with her Lover (Sidney Balckmer) by her husband; the Character played by Herbert Marshall (Pearl's father).

This show may have been the last time Adele and Fred danced together.
Fred must have been emotional doing this number with Cyd Charisse years later.
