Organic Tofuggets

I like to cook. This time I went over to Mom's house and we cooked some tofuggets. They aren't perfect but this is just my second time making them and I don't have a recipe of any sort. Buuut, so far so good.

Tofu tastes liiiiiike...... uuhhhhh

Well, let me put it this way. Tofu doesn't have a taste. Think water chestnuts, think potatoes, think things that don't have a specific taste. What they do have is texture. With tofu, you have different textures, mostly dependent on how you cook it and how much water is in it. Then after you cook it, you season it with whatever you want. Garlic, onions, sweet and sour sauce, teriyaki sauce, A1 - whatever you like. It will be a combo of that flavor and texture

Did you fry the tofu plain, then coat them with the batter and seasoning, then refry them again?
