Watching you animate is really helpful to someone who doesn't have a clue and wants to start animating (me). You seem to know what you're doing and it looks complicated :S scares me lol

What do u use to convert ur video from swf to avi?
i think i saw a Vcam in there so you have to export it as an swf then convert it to avi but what do you use to convert it?

@ic4lmzprod hahaha it's on classic, but I'm running on XP at the moment. I'm getting a new computer soon because this one's reached the end of its life.
