Americans think the danger is terrorism. They don't understand that Terrorists cannot take away habeus corpus, the Bill of Rights, the Constitution. Terrorists cannot suspend the constitutional gov't, abolish the separation of powers. TERRORISM CANNOT PICK US UP, SHUT US UP, OR ARREST US. The threat of terrorism is nothing like the threat of our own gov't in the name of fighting terrorism.

Listen, all I said is that I have seen firsthand how the antiwar movement affects morale and that I have seen firsthand how low moral makes it less likely for the troops to get home safe.
