Breaking News - T5 cleaner sacked over baggage delays debacle. BAA today announced the sacking of a T5 cleaner. BAA said today, 'All staff must share in the blame for this scandal & heads had to roll. He was nearest the baggage hall, so we're going to make an example of him. Obviously, we can't sack everyone and it would be too expensive to sack management - who'd run the show anyway? He will get a free flight out of here however, if we can find his bags'

It really is down to very poor management - something ( perhaps the only thing)in which I believe BA excels. That Gareth kirkwood is still employed by BA is shameful, but how wonderful to watch him squirm away like a scared little weasel having delivered his unapologetic message of how he really feels about the travelling public - an inconvenience. Passengers really seem to get in his way, it was so much easier in Cargo.
