Mei, this sonatine, is very well played, even the velocity, is perfect, im a professor, all that ask themselves how much fast you have to played, THAT IS PERFECT

my question is, how do you strengthen your fingers enough to play fast?

hm...good question. For this song, since there are lots of scale passages, i would suggest practicing techniques..scales, triads and such. Consistent fingering is also really important, both for memorizing the piece and avoiding tripping over nearby notes.
