Torpedo number six is a bit tricky. While it's correct that after NASA readjusted its data to factor out the extra heat from the hot pavement, air conditioner exhaust, etc., it found that it was hotter in the 1930's than it was recently in the United States (which only holds 2% of the earth's total surface area), looking at the global temperatures on a graph, the last decade was about 0.6 to 0.8 degrees hotter than the temps of the 1930's. The lecturer only examines the US temperatures.

@bluesman979 I don't know enough about polar bears to predict if they will survive or not. Yeah, in the long run, humans will either have to figure out ways of dealing with both extreme heat and extreme cold or we'll just be a blip on the radar screen. One good thing the lecture points out is people should really be looking at facts and data, instead of listening to media, journalists, politicians, movies, etc. who all offer amateur interpretations of science that are often biased

"so your latest video does not represent your oppinion?"
The video is of someone who recorded here's material
Are you going to claim I must be Stacey because I produced/engineered her recordings and posted the videos too?
I think you now deserve having "ignore" set on you, as you've repeatedly posted lies then accused ME of dishonesty
All you have now is Ad-Homs and clear Non Sequiturs
Can anyone say I didnt give you a "fair go"?

"you do not actually believe in a NWO agenda?"
What I believe doesn't determine what I work on
Your clear attempts at character assasination seem to be backfiring
I suggest you stop now, unless of course you can PROVE your childish accusation of my being a terrorist of course
You have clearly shown you will stoop to the stupidest levels of dishonesty to try and convince others of the veracity of your premise and all you've come up with so far is EPIC FAIL
At about 9:25 in the video, the lecturer says that polar bears, if they were as suseptable to the warm as some biologists say they are, should have died out at one of the previous warm peak periods, but because they didn't, we shouldn't worry about them dying out in our current warm period. But polar bears evolved from brown bears only about 150,000 years ago, and thus wouldn't have existed at any of those earlier warm peaks.

@andrewfeazelle
I agree if Polar Bears hadn't evolved at the last warm period they might not survive the one that seems to be ending now (no warming for the last 15 years apparently).
Wouldn't they have inherited the genetic traits to survive though?
It seems to me many of the warmists seem to think that the planet is meant to be in a permanently stable state, I do not subscribe to that school of thought, if that were true wouldn't we still be in the last ice age ?

@bluesman979 Do you know of a good place on the internet to find the global temperatures for something like the last 100 or 50 or 30 years? I found one set of satellite data from the University of Alabama for global lower atmosphere temp, but it looked like after the el nino peak in 1998, there were several others from 2002 to 2007, then there was a big dip in 2008 then a huge spike, almost as big as the el nino spike, in 2010, then a bit of a drop in Jan 2012.

"There is no empirical evidence that anthropogenic CO2 has caused the observed global warming trend – the only evidence comes from the computerized climate models based on the assumptions incorporated in the models..."
The model says whatever you want it to when you adjust the data (that would be "corrupt the data" in scientific terms) to skew the result ;-)
The warmist's lies are now being seen as such

Global warming trend ended in 1997 new data shows
The supposed "consensus" on man-made global warming is facing an inconvenient challenge after the release of new temperature data showing the planet has not warmed for the past 15 years. The figures suggest that we could even be heading for a mini ice age to rival the 70-year temperature drop that saw frost fairs held on the Thames in the 17th Century.Based on readings from more than 30,000 measuring stations
