The song Tanya was composed by Yossi Green and sung by Avraham Fried. The lyrics are from the Gemara in Brachos that speaks of R' Yishma'el the high priest entering into the Holy of Holies and having a sublime experience of Hashem asking for a blessing. R' Yishma'el proceeds to bless Hashem that His compassion should be more powerful than His judgment, and that Hashem should interact with His people with compassion and mercy.

@habigasson Pashtus is that it is the name of an angel, as per R' Aryeh Kaplan, in reference to this Gemara contrasted with Heichalei Rabbotai. But apparently it is an angel's name that is not supposed to be said, anyway. I found that out after the fact. What's done is done.
