OUTDATED. HERE is new Video:

******************************************************
If both, pushfix repo and sinful repo T-MOBILE MMS FIX did not work for you, this alternative will definitely work, if you do it right.
The KEY is to edit the file " com.apple.mms_override.plist ". This should work on all iOS4 versions(from 4.0 to 4.3.4).
I've done this on the 3G, 3GS and 4, Both untethered and tethered.
iPhone on video its a untethered 3GS.
You will need iFile located in Cydia, just search for it. Also a WiFi or Edge connection to access safari.
This video was based on the scripts i have post on T-Mobile FOrums. However it was deleted. So here is a new link:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/15iVqyhAzkeL2-STzj3uJ2TGtRJTYF2QHuBHCFfCiq...
So just follow the video and ignore the T-Mobile Forums part::
1) Open safari in your iphone and go to this page:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/15iVqyhAzkeL2-STzj3uJ2TGtRJTYF2QHuBHCFfCiq...
2) Now Open iFile and go to: /var/mobile/Library/Preferences
3) Open the file "com.apple.mms_override.plist" select all text and paste all the script you copied. Then save And exit.
4) Now just reebot. It should be good now :]]
********UPDATE 1/14/11**********
A pre-edited override file is available for download Here:
http://iphone2.googlecode.com/files/com.apple.mms_override.plist
You can skip the file editing process and just use this file.
Download it and move it to:
/var/mobile/Library/Preferences
- From your phone use Cydia Safari Download Manager(or equivalent) to download and iFile to move it.
- From your computer use iFunBox (easier than SSH)
********UPDATE 4/9/11**********
Tested on iOS 4.3.1 and works just fine. It also worked with Gevey Unlock on iPhone 4.
