Well done you! I just did my second stint at the gym today, although i am only doing legs and arms and walking on the treadmil as i am only one week and three days post op lapband. I have to wait for the all clear from the hospital before i can do any twisting abs or swimming boo!! Cant wait to get going. I am so pleased to see you giving it your all and things can only improve right? we are travelling this road together.
