A small doily for a wall decoration, that I am making out of sewing thread and Susan Bates 13/14-0.9mm steel hook. This kind of crocheted lace is very delicate, and is more akin to laces like bobbin lace, since the thread used is so tiny. Tatting would be a little heavier, since the knots that form tatted lace are thicker than the chains and crochet stitches in this doily. I hope to make bridal shrugs, jackets, wedding veils and christening gowns with this type of fragile crochet work.

  • Dear YouTube,

If you are not going to bring back the old home page, at least feature a button that allows users to either change their personal home page back to the old one, or give us an optional button that says "hide"- either for all of the features, or per each feature- making it a user option to hide all of that clutter-

  • it really looks bad- it's very unprofessional and annoying to open my page and see all of the stuff others have favored- or whatever. I want to come to YouTube and see a clean, professional opening page!

    Thank You,

    teceyS3

  • @princessofdonutland Thanks- I had to wear 3 pairs of magnifying glasses just to see the stitches!

  • thank you so much for this O__O

I got a Susan Bates size 14 (.75 mm? ) crochet hook, and I was trying to figure out what this tiny tiny thing would be used for and what it would be used with.

You just answered my question, thank you and good luck <3~
