  • Everyone who sees these amazing pieces of video artwork need to understand that GenXers like myself had to seek out these videos at remote music shops. Even in '95 it was hard to find this stuff unless you A) went to the show or B) drove around town trying desparately to hook up with the media. I want everyone to thank their lucky stars that we have YouTube so we can all experience EBN's masterful work using sound and video collage!

  • that is my kinda live performance. i still have their cd..that came with the floppy disk.

    Love it!

  • Honeydew hit the nail on the head. Back before the internet, if you loved something like this you really, really had to put the work in. You had to drive to the biggest cities to find the most obscure shops, you had to have endless conversations with people picking each others brains for a fragment of information you didn't have before. There was an integrity to that. When someone loved something like this, they fucking meant it.

  • I would have seen these guys & The Residents Cube-E tour if I wasn't hindered by age also.

  • I prefer this version from TCB, to the original "get down get down" that I have posted. I like Pearson's words and delivery, and the explosive metal-ish intro with the Ryder truck kicks ass. Theyre also some real nice guys :)

  • I saw these guys in the summer of '94 at the limelight nyc. The show was good but the crowd was rather small and didn't seem familiar with ebn.
