Not a bad idea. I've seen it done a time or two but I think that using jewelry bails and gluing them to the back of the domino is much cleaner looking in the end.
The tull works, but I think it fades the domino out quite a bit. Something about the shine of them really makes them pop and the tull kind of reduces the shine. Marbles would be a cute idea, though.

@BeyondBracelets - I agree on the shine, but the dominoes are from a family set and I wasn't at liberty to destroy them. I figure I never used to ask permission to upcycle stuff, and if any kids out there are like me, at least the dominoes are still saved from epoxy residue in the end.
