  • Great video! I add oat meal to my drink!

  • @rollin77 any combination of grains, nuts and seeds yields a high protein content. The exception is corn, which is the lowest-protein grain.

  • looks good. Whats all in it?

  • @Pweehi The ingredients are explained in the video. The combination comes from a book called "Diet for a small planet", which I recomend for anybody concerned about nutritional value vs. cost.

  • why does everything you eat that is good for you taste bad?

  • @vincentnator It doesn't, it just looks bad.

  • @The0wner924 =)

  • @dyslexichobo pumpkin or sunflower seeds, and yes it can be a bit chunky with a low powered blender.

  • @InTheMomment Yes it is, and I don't know, I haven't tried crushing ice with it.

  • @irrelevantz100 The protein powder is just an extra bonus... all you really need is seeds, nuts, and fruits to provide a complete meal.

  • @amberparrot Awesome!

  • is that the hamilton beach single blender??? and does it crush ice cubes!? place answer
