Superbrain Yoga® is a simple and effective technique to energize and recharge the brain. It is based on the principles of subtle energy and ear acupuncture. This powerful technique is explained in Master Choa Kok Sui's latest book Superbrain Yoga®.

Pilot studies on the effects of Superbrain Yoga® on school children include children with disabilities such as ADHD/ADD, developmental and cognitive delays, Down syndrome and specific learning disabilities. Children studied showed significant increase in academic and behavioral performance, greater class participation and improved social skills. In one study, the result of an electroencephalograph showed increased amplitude in the parieto-occipital region of the brain following the Superbrain Yoga®. This indicates increased brain electrical activity following the exercise. More studies on the effects of Superbrain Yoga® are being conducted.

  • Americans always discover things much later. This exercise was done many thousands of years ago in India. If you watch any hindu puranic stories. You will see that they get punished by doing this exercise. The reason is when they do that, the brain corrects itself so that it doesn't do the same mistake again. Americans are always late in discovering things.

  • hmmmmm............ i knew this long bac....we do it when we go to ganesh temple.............we do it in our indian culture........ call it "indian yoga".....this is not a new invention..... pls tell whr u took the prescription from also......

  • @kumarinho yeah like the television and telephone and internet.

sorry not to be snipey with you.. but ancient teachings are evident in every culture.. it's all about exchange. i mean it had to originate somewhere at some time right?

don't be so judgmental.. yeah the west has a lot to learn from the east.. but the east has developed to it's current status because of achievements brought by the west.. it's all about cultural exchange, my friend.

    blessings to you.

  • Ganapathi Bappa Moriya???

  • yes, indians were doing it long time ago.but, they didn't know why or what effect it does to a person.until grandmaster choa kok sui reintroduced/explained it to the masses.

  • can it b a relief to stammering?

  • Athma , namaste i feel im lucky ,when i learnt this.

  • One also has to face East . The East is where the Creator first arrived. East is like the wise disciplined grandparents while the West is like the uncontrolled children with expernsive toys, houses and pocket change.

  • Do the exercise 21 times with the tongue touching the roof of the mouth. Breath in while squatting and exhale while standing up. Activates cheimicals of the brain, synchronicity of the hemispheres, acitvates the pineal gland for awakeness and activates the pressure points of the ear lobes. Do it at steady pace. It is like kundalini yoga and activation of the chakras. May the force of Kundailni be with you !

  • All Indians talk is what belongs to them but all was idle for nothing like "sambrani" or talk till die but no action but american grab and evolve to reach greater heights....Time to Change the mindset .....

  • Gapanati Bappa....
