The economy is LITERALLY KILLING man's best friend. Overcrowding is RAMPANT in shelters (Like Seagoville, TX Animal Shelter).
The cause?...people can't afford their animals anymore, or they have been forced out of their homes into apartments that won't allow, or charge too much for pet deposits.
23 Dogs will be Euthanized on 9/26/2011 at 2pm, at THIS SHELTER ALONE - if they aren't adopted before then!!
