ACL surgery was March 28 and I'm working my way back in the gym. As long as the weight is way down I might as well work the grip. But the main focus is on symmetry, obviously in the knee but also in the hips. It is improving every week, which means I should be able to go heavier soon and start getting the real strength back.
I welcome comments about anything you might notice about the knee/hip movement and symmetry, as well as suggestions for other things to work on.
