Prowler Sled Conditioning
Here is one of our athletes performing 20 reps of Med Ball slams followed up by prowler push ups and sprints. We used this today as our finisher after performing some DE work.

We elevated his HR with the slams, and drove the blood into his upper body only to immediately sprint driving blood back into the legs only to repeat the push ups at the end and sprint again. He rested 1 minute and did 4 sets.
