Ray's Rain Wand - Making Movie Rain for Under $20

My intense new rain wand that I just put together. I followed Film Riot's tutorial on making movie rain for under $20. I'm using this in my independent study to create the rain for my film, which coincidentally is called "RAIN." Thanks Mrs. Atchison for getting all the materials.
