This is seriously genius. I'm already designing hanging tiers of milk jugs in my head. Any apartment dweller with a few sunny windows could have a ready supply of lettuces, radish, carrots, even bush beans or turnip, parsnip, rutabaga, herbs. The list goes on.

Anything on the smallish side that can be grown in the square foot method would work in a milk jug. Connect tiers with chain, omg. I repeat, genius!
