We need you full of life Dan! Get your power back!! I don't agree with this. Why are you doing this? I hope you find a way to use your voice and not starve yourself to express yourself! I know people who were anorexic for years and years and it killed them and I don't want to see this happen to you. You can do so much more work by using your words!!!

When Dan trained to be a soldier he learned from experts. I hope that he is getting expert advice and spiritual support on how to fast effectively as well. Having a just cause is not enough. When undertaking a practice as powerful as a fast, one needs a good teacher just as much as one needs a teacher when learning how to launch a mortar. Both can lead to needless harm and needless death. But both can also bring victory to one's cause as well.

Is there adequate media contact taking place to bring more public attention to this situation?

I love my friend and I want us to come together and insist that this fast be appropriately supervised by legitimate professionals.

Dear friends. Can we come together as a community and find out if Dan and Jim have been seen by physicians prior to beginning this fast? Is a doctor directly advising on and monitoring this fast? Is there a professional involved to help them manage any psychological ramifications? Is the person advising on the fast there with them and are they a medical professional?
