The FANUC Paint Mate 200iA provides a simple technology update to a chain on edge spray machine. The compact size allows for easy integration and a simple structure provides safety for the operation.

The line tracking capability of the robot enables direct spraying on the part and reduces pain usage. Quality and productivity increase due to reduced dirt defects with the cleaner environment.

The removable booth section allows fast and easy maintenance of the robot and spray gun. When booth cleanup is required, the robot can be unbolted from the fixture and moved out of the way.

Once complete, the robot is slid back into position and quickly ready for production. Accurate triggering and motion control articulation directs the spray gun precisely over the part.
