  • Перевод красивый, художественный. Но для тех, кто учит английский - это не точный, местами неверный перевод...

  • @username541234 that's right, it wasn't created for language learning purposes. i tried to grasp meaning and emotion behind it. translating it too close to the original (word to word) will make it way too abstract, don't you think?

  • Спасибо за перевод! I'm actually learning Russian, so "dobryj den'" and "kak dela" to you! I love this song, and my Siberian friend translated it for me. I'm learning it phonetically for now... I have the алфавит down now, so hopefully I'll be able to write the song back into Cyrillic next month. Привет из Канады! :-)

  • @mephistofleas Privet! I am glad to hear you like this song, i honestly think it's one of Zemfira's best :) Good luck with mastering Russian :) and hello to you from Moscow!

  • Спасибо за перевод. Учу английский, пытаясь переводить на него песни Земфиры. В связи с этим у меня к Вам вопрос - не кажется ли Вам, что вместо слова "ANIMAL" правильнее использовать "BEAST". Ведь в песне - "ЗВЕРЬ-ОДИНОЧКА" а это, судя по словарям - " A LONELY BEAST" ? Хотя возможно у этого слова есть ещё какой-то смысл и оно не подходит.

  • @olshepel Hi, thanks a lot for your comment ) To me beast is too harsh of a word, it can mean more of a repulsive monster. I don't think that's what Zemfira implies in this song. That's why I used animal in my translation. This song is so dramatic and truly beautidul that i don't feel like adding more drama with more dramatic words ))) But honestly, no translation gives enough credit to this masterpiece. Good luck in your studies!

  • @username541234 именно это и называется - художественный перевод, даже пусть местами неверный, но передающий замысел поэта и, посему, передающий картинку, максимально приближённую к оригиналу. Шекспир точно "слово в слово" переведён", не пробовали сравнивать?

  • Потрясающая композиция..потрясающее исполнение.

  • Here is russian lyrics for "Самолёт" song:

  • Translation is not perfect but it's decently close while video compilation is very nice, so thanks a lot to sub's author for his time to this arguably Zemfira's best song.

By the way, her song "Airplane" (Самолёт) is also very touching! ;)

  • @Sirotadot Yes, of course. But some moments are still missing, unfortunately. This is more "the way I see it" translation. Which is still good, anyway) And thanx 4 the video ;o)

  • @Sirotadot Thank you for your answer.
