1. Hard scoping is the main way to snipe. Quick scoping and no scoping are just skilled ways of sniping.

2. You HAVE to camp to snipe. If you keep moving it feels like hamving a semi-automatic assult rifle in HC.Doesn't seem very fun, huh?
