Alina Somova is by far the most interesting dancer to inhabit ballet Olympus. She is unique and very charismatic which accounts for the fact that she is the most talked about ballerina in the world. Even those, who claim not to like her, crowd around her videos. Personally I like Somova in certain parts. I believe she is the finest Nikiya today and the most exciting Odile ever. Other roles, like Kitri, I don't care much for but enjoy watching them nevertheless.
