I just take vitamin D, C, A. I hate milk. I like broccoli though and I eat a lot of salmon. I steam it with fresh broccoli, fresh carrots and diced potatoes. I use fresh lemon with minced garlic and oregano as a topping. Sometimes I use garlic butter sauce If I need my fatty fix. Ginger yes. I use fresh ginger and boil it for a hour and put it with green tea. Yes if did make me sweat and I couldn't figure out why but now I know. Food is better fresh and you feel clean on the inside.(*_*)

My favourite thing about this video is that all the food pictured looks amazingly delicious! I think if everyone in Britain watched this video each morning there'd be a lot fewer obese people around.
