i need to strech for a month i streched & had the best splits i ever had but they where still like 4 inches from being all the way down lol

Laura you are right i have been stretching for ABOUT 20 MINs a day i can now do splits both ways and my biellman is getting much better too!!!!

I would not say its a problem if your 18! Your still young! lol. Its just practice and hard work like everyone elts. :)

i hate running lol and my coach said that running too much can be bad for skating so be careful. i love streching and might i sugest wearing your skate when you try to do biellmans.
Wow! Your leg gets pretty high.
I've been posting tips on your ice skating, could you post tips for my cartwheel? LOL I'm jealous of yours.

Dude, I don't know. I learned how to do it when I was 6 and I sucked so bad that the teacher had to physically grab my legs and put them in the right positions as I was doing cartwheels. I guess after so many times doing them like that, muscle memory took over and I could do it by myself. I'll go watch your cartwheel video and see if I can help at all.

you are soooooooooooo FLEXIBLE..im sooooooo jealous..hehhe I cant believe that just stretching for 10 mins helps so much...i've been trying to do that..but laziness sometimes gets in the way..hehheh Good job laura..can u do it on ice that high too?

Um, I'll take a video of it this morning if I can. Although my legs hurt like a mother from running. LOL.
