CHALEAN isnt a MAN's workout!!! I went from 2 rounds of P90X and then wanted to try something different for change and was going to add this Chalean bullshit. My wife and I started laughing as soon as we heard he music. Sounds like a gay club at first and then you press play and you see the people that are working out with you...hahahahaha. I am returning this crap today..There is no way a real man can do this chalean crap.

Funny you say that man. While I don't agree, considering I have done p90x a couple times now.  If you wanted to buy a soundtrack then you went to the wrong place. Funny you have no pics or vids on your account I'm sure you and your wife have good reason for that its always the same people. I can tell you that it is a mans workout and p90x could never push you as hard as some of the workouts on Chalean. Thanks for commenting though I sure alot of people appreciate your colorful comments.

Started chalean this week first workout yesterday. Woah! man i was burning and yes the cardio is so there just doing the weights. I had some back strain last week so i had to go a bit lighter than i would have preferred. Overall i like the workout its very challenging.

Whats is wrong with the music? You can always take the music out also. Your basing our opinion on the music? Not right. Gay club? again being very bias.A lot of reeeeeeeealllllll men and women have done this workout and p90x. Get over it.

Truthfully.. I triple dog dare you 2 come & do this CLX w/ me live. I would like 2 have you meet the men in my class who have lost 40, 50 and 60% of their body fat & have biceps bigger than your head. I would love 2 have you tell them to their face this is a crappy bullshit women's workout. (see next post)

Dude... that's so weird... Because I put in a video of you & your wife & i started laughing my ass off! There is NO WAY u did the whole workout & think it's not 4 guys. It's heavy, super slow, concentrated strength training. 

I dont care if people like me, the set, or people in the vids. I dont expect everyone likes this type of workout. Some people dont like to work hard. No prob. BUT to call C.Extreme a crap w/o for women only means you never did it. (see next post)

I just bought Chalean and haven't started it yet. My baby's been sick with the croup this week, but Monday .... it's on!! Very cute videos. Thanks for posting!!
