C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Apple COmputer\Itunes\ then there should be a few folders. find wich one,(replace user with ur user name)

hey..im at firmware 1.1.5, i just bought my ipod..but when i go to itunes it says "upgrade to 2.0.2"...how do i make it so i go to 2.0?
and if im at 1.1.5 will those steps work in teh video?
