@SephoraLife They mostly just said that the 10 years has gone by slow for them because she is always on the front page of a newspaper, so they are always reminded about it. William said that when you lose somebody that close to you, you are always going to think about that person, and that not a day goes by that he doesn't think about his mum :'(... Hope that helped.
