  • I have to say, it's not only Michelle's own body, fitness levels and nutritional expertise that inspire, but also her patience and mental capacity to deal with the Challenors (on Biggest Loser) and their issues that, for me, would trust Michelle implicitly. I certainly hope to see her again next year. Most inspiring. If possible I'd like to know if Michelle has been trained in counselling, or is it that she (and the other 3 actually!) just have infinite wisdom and patience!
