I am the one in the video that is kicking the kid, the story is this was at a freshman orientation I was a returning graduate of the program and I had highly disaproved of the way that the program had deteriorated and at how poorly this higher ranking officer in the programs uniform appeared so i decieded to make an example of him for the underclass cadets

i used to be in that ROTC unit and if you knew that guy you wouldnt care that we did that to him in uniform, you'd have thought it was kharmic justice........we did, he was always in uniform anyway, didnt have much of a choice (until he became CO surprisingly)
