Wow, that dismount the double front laid-out with half is amazing. If I'm correct, I think there is a double front layout with 1.5 twists, which seems impossible, but I've always dreamed of learning it!

well, women dont do that stuff because they have a low bar behind them, so they cant have the same speed and tecnique!!

@luvs2flip209 In men's high bar, the men are allowed to use extra giants to gain momentum for their releases while the women would get deducted for "empty" swings, except in the dismount. Also, the women can't swing as freely because they might hit the low bar.

Biomechanics.
I've seen some of them do a deff. Not a full twisting tkatchev yet. That's pretty crazy.
