I had an I.P.L 600 shipped to australia, the transformer was damaged because it was poorly packaged, they forgot the I.P.L glasses,and the spare bulb was smashed so I told them to ensure it's replacement was packaged and protected with bubble wrap, but again was disappointed because they did not follow my advice and had to send a third one , it was becoming a joke and after all the emails of frustration I really let em have it, this was through Cindy at laser cosmetology. SO BE WEARY ALL !!

@monicagorska it doesnt target white hairs and you have to go in sessions for a long time to se a significant reduction in hair, i went to get it done and they were 8 sessions spread out throughout a year, but it did work wonders

don't buy it, spent like a £1000 and about 3 months of regular visits to the beauty salon where they promised the hair is going to be removed permanently and it was suppose to remove white hair too. Sorry, total rubbish, laser hair removal, the one that they use gel is more satisfactory
