A stunning and original interpretation of this song - Susan is simply awe-inspiring. It is so ironic that some (far from all) Depeche Mode fans attack Susan so wildly for singing 'their' song - when the song is about the harm that words can do. Don't think they've ever paid attention to the words.

I'd never taken much notice of Susan Boyle (and the whole x factor thing) until I saw this on Children in need last year and it absolutely moved me to tears. Susan comes across like a pure breathe of fresh air. Her performance is beautiful and so human - I get a tear every time I see this and she makes such a lovely refreshing change to all the current singers who spend more time flashing their bodies than they do displaying talent. Wonderful - abolsutely wonderful!
